As an accountant you know that PPP only covers up to $100k of annualized salary max for those 8 weeks or about $16,666 per person over the next 2 months. So it will help them some, but it won't cover their $375k+ salaries. An extra $50k for 3 people is nice, but it can't be used to pay debt or anything that is truly causing SFOR pain at this point. The restructuring of the debt will be key and hopefully this new company will help with that in a productive way and not in a toxic way.
