I wish you ran a company like this. There are many hard decisions and trying to keep them straight is very difficult. We were at .007 and hurting and in no position to receive a penny from any investor which by itself would hurt us. TO keep the company going we had to do a reveerse. Trying to keep the numbers down but gaining something we did 500:1. Last times we did 1000:1 and 1500:1 and the others wanted a higher number and we kept it done. That is why I said that. Believe what you want, but we are surviving and actually also just received a PPP, which will help us greatly playing this out.
I am sorry you think what you think, but we are srurviving and will hopefully grow with the plans we do have in front of us and just got off the phone talking to the teams that are starting to work out buying our debt, which is key.
