I agree about the short term, but will point out that not everyone will need to be tested twice a week. Those that test positive for the virus and recover (two, three weeks goes by without symptoms) will have antibodies. Those who were infected and had no symptoms and test positive for the antibodies will probably be cleared for back to work since they have immunity from being reinfected such that they will not become contagious, small chance that they would pass the virus on to others.
There is a question about how long this immunity will last in an individual (weeks, months, or longer), but that is being studied.
So those that test positive for the antibodies can be retested much less frequently and their returning to work or traveling will have a much lower risk so will probably be acceptable.
