A reverse split is not nearly the horrible thing for investors that most people here seem to think. In the long term the market values a company by the market cap, which doesn't change much just from a reverse split -- except from a possible short term panic sell off.
I am long this stock, so don't take this as negative. Sooner or later SFOR needed to get its share 'house in order'. Something likely came up that made that happen sooner than expected.
The value of our positions going forward will be determined by revs, as we all have been saying. Nothing has changed on that. And Mark just reaffirmed that deals are still moving along, but at turtle speed.
