More wishful thinking than anything. If the quotes had been new and not from the panel discussion from a while back I'd read more into it.
It would do wonders to enhance Generex's/NGIO's visibility to have a partnership with such a company. I don't mean like Merck donating Keytruda for the combo breast cancer study either. I mean a true collaboration and perhaps funding.
