This news was out like a month ago, why is everyone so shocked? I’m a long and this is the only stock I’ve ever owned but, I swear when they filed for the additional shares, this was in that paperwork. Again I’m a novice at this game, but the thing I couldn’t understand for the life of me is why the Firstserv/PCI deal was not mentioned in the paperwork. I was under the impression we started to receive payment as the deal went live Nov152019? Am I wrong in that assessment or was that a blatant lie? I’m not bashing one bit, I clearly remember seeing the form filed and all this terminology was in it. This was possibly mid March because the corona virus was also mentioned. Did I read something wrong back then?
