Steel, I am not wild about the economy. Morgan Stanley, etc Tuesday said they will now require a FICO score of 700 and 20% down to get a loan. So many other industries are tied to housing. I am not even sure we have had a market bottom, this could drag out for years. The market high in 1965 was not meaningfully beat until 1982. Traders market for many years?
