I have two expectations of Mr. Kay and the company:
(1) That they manage matters so that the share price regains .01 relative to the pre-R/S value ($5.00 post R/S value),
and
(2) That all 3 of them waive their salaries for any Quarter this does not apply.
That is the least shareholders deserve.
