IMO, NP doesn’t know exactly where the 1 million vials will go. He is placing an order based on anticipated approval and on anticipated demand for leronlimab once it’s FDA approved. I don’t believe any country is buying leronlimab at this time because it’s not FDA approved (many countries use FDA approval as the standard) and it hasn’t proven efficacy quite yet (although early laboratory and clinical results are indicating it will). There may be countries showing interest, saying they are interest in X amount of the medication if it’s approved, but I doubt purchase orders are being created.
