I don't believe for one second there is a foreign interest, not as long as it's not approved.
No choice but to sell overseas? To whom? Do you really feel other countries would jump on something that the FDA did not want to approve? FDA couldn't care less. They're willing to let people die consciously demanding a placebo trial. Does that sound like folks that would care about such a "threat"?
