My statement assumes that we receive some sort of accelerated approval for mild-to-moderate, and/or severe populations, following a interim data review (yes a big assumption)
I'm not sure your license idea holds much water. In addition to blafarm's point:
You can't just "license" the rights to produce leronlimab and it is magically available. Aside from huge IP concerns, this isn't like making BIC pens. Without going into it, A LOT goes into getting a plant ready including money, time, and resources. IMO having been on a team that does this very thing, I would anything less than 6 months is impossible. 6 months would be with cutting more corners than any professional would be comfortable with in my opinion.
