Yes, and I think he said they were "hoping" to have a call late next week (going from memory, so I may be wrong as to how he worded it). I suspect he's waiting to announce the cc. until he knows definitively that the BLA will be submitted the day of the call. This is pure speculation, but the stars are aligning in that direction.
