My main problem with selling overseas, is something you eluted to, and thats the timing
say we order 1 million vials today. It takes 2 months (ish) to get them, and that is probably the absolute earliest.
we then pre-sell those unmanufactured vials to country X.
within 2-3 months from today, there is a chance the demand in the US will be a huge portion of that or all of it.
No chance we potentially leave the US high and dry, what an awful headline that would be.
There is obviously some middle ground in all of this (selling a small percentage of vials), but still the timing and lack of inventory (and lack information, at least for people on this board) makes it a little more convoluted, and difficult to make definitive calls.
