As you said you've been around for a while, so that means you should know by now how pinky land works most of time.
Bretts pretty straight forward. Hasn't diluted, pumped and dumped or done any RS's and unlike most of pinks he has a product.
He just trying to find a crack in between the big boys to get his product out with the an okay from the Gov. Not easy to do without an Angel investor.
Most people would have toss it in, a long time ago.
