I don't want to give them a placebo either. I'm not justifying the placebo, merely explaining their reasoning.
I feel that if we can save 85% of severe patients when we clearly know more than half will die that should be sufficient. But the FDA doesn't agree. I can only hope they approve is before we fully enroll the trial.
