I didnt say that. In Cancer and GvHD the endpoints that we are comparing against are already known. Either the fatality rate of the illness, or in the case of cancer the baseline CTC count of the patient.
Believe me I dont like the placebo arm either, but the FDA needs a verified metric to compare leronlimab against. Misiu, you understand this.
