License and Royalties deals in the form of a JV allow QMC to share in the profits of the end product, thereby getting paid the full value of the QD contribution. The risk and cost to QMC are low but the profit potential is high if the JV succeeds. The AMTRON JV, Qamronics, allows for a number of product catagories and others can be added.
For HealthID, it can possibly be licensed to any government body administrators of a CV19 test program as a SAAS, with recurring fees based on a number of different factors. Already there are reports of counterfeit CV19 Antibody Tests.
