CI you said "The FDA is stuck in their old ways".
But it is my belief that their old way of doing things would have foregone the requirement for a placebo arm. Why not make it open label trial. I think the trial as it currently stands is mean and unethical especially when considering the end point. This is a question we can ask NP.
