Are you saying a QR code reader/scanner in your phone can't be easily rewritten to scan for QD in the QR Code?
Can't that code be in the HealthID software downloaded into the cellphone and grocery checkout scanner software?
Of course it can. it's called an update or an install.
It's possible that the user taking the CV19 test just enters their basic ID info to establish an account and no QD are involved in that step. Since we all don't have QD embedded in our forehead, I will assume their are other ways to verify. Who knows?
It's highly possible that the rest of the system is QD tracked, and that's what's necessary. The tests can be tracked end-to-end.
