Thinking about it further....it makes absolutely no sense to have a placebo group in this patient population. They've been given other drugs and have not gotten better. Giving them a placebo is pointless unless by some miracle their belief that taking lero specifically tricks their mind into fixing themselves. It would imply that they didn't care for hydro or rem or any other drug; that it HAD to be lero.
