gd4nthing, you mention that you expect $500m+ listing for NGIO.
Doesn't it have to be much higher given that there are 400m outstanding shares ( 750m authorized). A $500m valuation puts the pps at $1.25. From what I understand that's not high enough to get listed o nthe NAZ is it?
I think it has to be at least $800m($2pps) but in realty probably more to give some wiggle room so as not to fall below the NAX threshold.
Do you agree?
