Agree completely.
The R&G attorney did not explain our case in simple enough terms for the appeal judges to understand.
On the other hand, the SA attorney bumbled around confusing the appeal judges. We thought he gave a poor performance also, but maybe he knew exactly what he was doing -- confusing the judges so they would not bother trying to figure it out.
Just my opinion.
