Um.... how is the phase 2b/3 double blind of CYDY can PR that the first patient has been treated? It must imply that at least two people were given treatment, but only one was given lero.
My assumption is that those enrolled in this trial are in bad shape and have not been getting better.
If in the first group of patients (made up of 2 or more participants) 1 was given lero (yesterday), people in the know (like Dr. P) could track this first group. And if one of these patients shows significant improvement in 3-4 days (which has been typical), well, the proper assumption would be that the one showing improvement received lero.
