In very deadly diseases placebo is not use very often ..
Look at our cancer study , no placebo .
Look at our GvHD study , first protocol FDA included placebo , but after thinking a little they changed and told cydy it will be to dangerous for patients , and they removed placebo from this protocol ..
How here for severe sick patients to give placebo maybe ok ? I will never understand that .. I am convince that some may die because of this .,
Phase 2 for mild-moderate ok , there is probably little time to observe patients ,, but to give to patients with severe disease , when progression is very fast ... I will never understand .,
