With the billions the government has promised to support the fight against COVID, I’d hope they throw a few million, or tens of millions, at CYDY to assist with production. But I find it hard to believe the U.S. government would give a company funds to produce a drug that is not yet approved. Then again, most drugs aren’t so where else would the billions go?
The term “fundraising” makes me think a financing deal and not a grant, but like you said, we should find out soon. It’s possible that he’s still attempting to lock down the funds for financing before signing the deal as he originally said the deal would take place Monday (yesterday).
