Ted..yes there is the local university for one example of where the reactors can be set up and where there is technical know how..check them out on LinkedIn and see what they are working on..especially nano related.I believe SS said there was a relationship there while back as well.As I have said there is a unique opportunity to create some revenues before the building is finished and when governments are in need they will throw money at the problem if there is a solution a available...btw I wasnt suggesting you have a position about the blatant beatdown posts every day..I thanked you for providing the info for everyone to dissect and now as usual some say it's terrible.. some say is news that things are still ongoing for QMCs partner in India.As far as being wrong there was weeks of crap saying reactors were fake or never delivered to India so that proves they were FOS..
