Not sure about that. Honestly there are not much in the way of shorts. This PR basically says ‘we have a lot of fishing hooks in the water, but we didn’t have any bait (vaccine designed) to put in the hooks. If we catch a fish, we can buy bait to put on the hooks to catch more fish.’ There wasn’t really much said in this PR except that they are taking with a lot of groups. It would have been much stronger if they said Well have identified, designed and ready to test our vaccine on infected blood to prove it works.’
