I disagree, to me it should not be about internal funding from the chinese deal or the S1 anymore, it should be federal funding that we are talking about!!!

And I am sure, and agree with the preceding posters, latest by the time they'd officially announce a cooperation and funding made available from the BARDA, this rocket will launch, as that would also solve GNBT's financial problem in general, and they would not even need to give away shares at these low share prices, in order to get some working capital for e.g. to jump start the Excellegen roll out.
