I beg to differ, BLA submission is a huge catalyst since it means potential multiple Billion dollar revenue's, the BLA submission has been hanging over the investors for years. BLA submissions have always been big for BIO's, in fact the SP will run up to the expected date of approval, usually run up price is where it ends up, if CRL is given then it takes a beating in short order.
We all have our opinions on this, as you said its a healthy debate, 2020 will give a good glimpse of Cytodyn's future.
