Happy Easter / Passover and Spring to our HHSE Friends & Followers!
The company's 3-31-2020 filings have been submitted to both the OTC Markets site, as well as to M2 Compliance for XBRL Formatting and submission to the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Based on short-staff at the present moment for M2 Compliance, the formatting process will take slightly longer than is customary. However, they are indicating that the filing should be published onto EDGAR by Tuesday.
