Sorry but that guy is a crackpot.
Notice that he says HIV is not responsible for AIDS and goes on from there. Sure things he says may have a kernal of truth but it boils down to conspiracy after conspiracy with him. Then of course he posits high does vitamin C as a cure. He's a crackpot.
