We understand that, Pluto doesn’t.
Fall is Optimistic, the US will be through with most of its testing needs by then, and the FDA can play that game indefinitely.. as long as there’s functional tests on the market... they’re as much of a gatekeeper for big Pharma (if not more) than a regulator, on that much I’ll agree with Pluto.
