I just noticed that Doctor Dalton tweeted our Wellness Teledoc will now be called Telemed Inc. This could mean we are close to moving forward or it could mean that TDOC told Dalton to stop using their name. While TDOC certainly may be part of our network (I think that is likely), it does not mean they are part of our conglomerate.
Also, Doctor Dalton may have been issued a cease and desist order from Teledoc Inc. for infringing on their name/logo. If so, then that may be why the Wellness Teledoc site was taken down. Until or unless specifics are told to UNVC shareholders, we can only guess about what may have brought about the need for the name change. On a positive note, being close to a roll out is as good a theory as any.
