Unfortunately, WHO deserves much of the credit for this pandemic spreading throughout the world by telling us as late as mid-Jan that CV wasn't transmittable between humans, and then telling us on Jan 23rd that it wasn't a global emergency, and then waiting until Jan 30 to confirm that actually is transmittable between humans.

My point is that we cannot/should not rely on WHO or any other international organization to protect our citizens and borders.
