Little history I know/remember ..

Please correct if anything is wrong...

FDA was formed about 1906...

Now the drug Thalidomide...

Was marked in 1956 in Germany .., anti flu , for morning sickness for pregnant women.. OTC drug..no side effects ...

And than they saw many newborns with deform or missing limbs , also some heart problems ,

All this was terrifying ,...and it should be...

And I read many times in the past , cant find now on google , but that was a time when FDA in USA started to become each year more powerful,

And that was good IMO...

But maybe now , after all this pandemic will be over , will be a good time to revisit what and how they doing things...and just maybe they should become just a little less powerful...

Talking about tragic things with Thalidomite , scientist discover in 1980,s that this drug inhibiting angiogeneis , no new blood vessels , so fetus limbs didnt grow properly , or were missing ....

But now it is use with other drugs with some cancers treatment...and this is good..

But what a tragedy to those newborns from the past ..

.And I remember , Leronlimab per Dr Lindner also inhibits angiogenesis , so I think , it cant be use in pregnancy !!!!! ...I never though about it before ...

All IMO...
