If crooked and incompetent Keystone Cops at the FDA and the CDC had existed in the 1930s penicillin would have been held back until 1960. I accuse the FDA and CDC of allowing billions of premature death while they argued about how angels could fit on the head of a pin. The FDA and CDC as agencies deserve the death penalty for their crimes against humanity.
