Our financials will qualify for NASDAQ for sure, then it is the supply and the demand for the stock for the min $3 closing price. My understanding as soon as we close above $3 on the OTC, with our financials, we qualify.
The market makers will look at the buy and sell orders before the opening to set a price for the open (assume OTC). If we don't stack the ask before the open, they will have to keep raising the bid to get stock before the open. There will be a big demand, IMO, so make them pay for your stock when the action begins.
I think we will be up listed to NASDAQ very quick, all we need is a close above $3 or $4 for sure, IMO.
Stay well.
