I think this is getting there.
So now we have yield of 3.5g/L from the call you reference.
Not trying to beat a dead horse, but we don’t (definitively) have working volume though.

Looks like they have 10 x 15000L and 6 x 5000L bioreactors, again this could be tank size, not the process specific working volume (this process parameter is actually a range, the volume varies each run depending on cell growth in prior steps)
That’s where I’m thinking this 180,000 L keeps coming from. the actual volume of production could be less than this, maybe significantly less.
There is also the fact that we don’t know the percentage yield for the purification process. Prob 85-95%
