NP has said we were going to be using 8 25KL bioreactors for HIV production. But the bioreactors only use a percentage of the volume for actual production. Include losses for filtration and 120KL seems about right for end production.
Here's my math, using density of water, this of course is incorrect and will be fewer doses, but it will give some idea.
120,000 litres = 120,000,000 ml / 350 mg dose (2 vials) = 342,857 doses/ 2 doses per patient = 171,428 patients treated
