The CMC part for sure will be piggybacked. Is the same drug so, take the paperwork prepared for combo .. submit and … voila approved for both.
FDA this time will not be dragging their foot as they will have they arses against the wall.
And, BTW, tell them that Samsung needs approval as well so it can be mass-produced for the USA
