I wonder if anyone might consider the possibility of salaries are reduced because the amount of partners is so large, and each new app is customized to their particular needs and business model.

This could mean additional coders and technology personnel need to be hired to get the products to the customer. The faster they receive the customized app, the quicker we have money flowing into A/R.

So if you could hire additional people with the money from salary cuts, it makes perfect sense.
