Unfortunately Twitter only allows 280 characters for public posts. Many twitter users resort to abbreviations and shorthand because the character limit is used up quickly. Many twitter accounts allow for direct messaging or twitter “mail” which does not have a limit. With that said some of us with Twitter accounts could copy lawmans post and send it along with pertinent hyperlinks to notable personalities. The only drawback to this method of correspondence is it will not be seen by others on twitter but is focused to the recipient
With lawmans permission I could start sending the “letter” out to many on twitter.
