Have not heard recently enough to be relevant. Early in the shutdown order they were still operating at Santa Elena but things can change quickly. .
News in the Mexican press today indicates that the US Consulate in Hermosillo advised all US citizens in Sonora state and Sinoloa state to return to U S or be prepared to stay in Mexico indefinitely.
I found this advisory from the US Consulate for US citizens currently in Mexico.
This advisory is from the Consulate in Mexico City and applies to all of Mexico.
