BIEL operates under the OTC Pink Listing Requirements not the SEC Requirements.
SEC Material Event requirements are 4 Business Days.
OTC Pink Requirements:
"Additionally, the issuer must file current information updates within 10 business days if:"
"* Material contracts and contracts that have a value of more than $120,000"
Are you saying that, in your opinion, BIEL may want to withhold reporting the Orthopedic OEM Deal for longer than 10 days?
The OTC has indicated that it will not send out Deficiency Notices related to 'Bid Price', 'Market Cap', or 'Market Value of Public Float' but has said nothing about extending Reporting times for 'Material Contracts'.
