I wonder about this also, Maybe the US is getting first dibs IF the FDA lets us move as fast as possible. If the FDA does not maybe the inventory and future production gets diverted to countries that have asked for Leronlimab. This could be part of why Nader looks so confident about building inventory - He knows we have customers somewhere.
