Not sure there's any comprehensive list made public but there are companies that market information to numerous press... companies like the one in this link:

RedChip must have contact information for numerous and various press/media around the country and world although maybe it's just for financial news operations. CytoDyn 's information and news should now be distributed to all press/media possible. Although I think all the media and world will find out about CytoDyn/Leronlimab once a couple of big hitters (media) do their job.
On a side note, not sure if CytoDyn would have gotten all the publicity for its cancer work as it will now be getting for Covid-19 ... (coronavirus is so tragic and the need for help so immediate).
