Dumb question on my part, and maybe someone asked already. Why only submit results from 7 of 10 patients? Why cherry pick? Just from seeing the reaction to the bla the FDA always wants everything.

Forgive any assumed tone of my question. I'm not being negative. Liking the results very much, but it seems we should just throw everything on the table for the FDA and let them sort it out no? This my question.
