Yes. The question for people near the top rung is how do you get people back to work after you flatten the infection rate, acknowledge potential additional waves of infection, and recognize that vaccines are 1-2 years away.

Certainly the biggest effort has to go into coping with the crisis at hand, but you have to figure out a future too.

I think private enterprise is already figuring it out. Governments will need to keep their ears to the ground to learn of the innovations the private sector is always inventing. JMO.
