Hi Mark,
Can I ask your opinion on the following statement from one of your (ex) shareholders ?
I think that management is evasive. Non- committal and disingenuous to its shareholders- unfortunately.
They are hanging on by a thread, with no Revenue and no significant contracts of any magnitude.
Try may be trying to achieve viability, but it doesn’t look good. They have shareholder meetings on Friday afternoons- an old trick to attract as few shareholders as possible-they don’t want to answer the hard questions. At this rate it won’t belong before they evaporate under the cloud of their convertible notes and lack of cash.
Revenue or not
Contracts or not- executed and recorded!!
Is your company going to survive .... ?
You once said that one morning shareholders would wake up very happy, can you still say that now .. ?
Thanks
Jan
This person is partially correct that things appear tough right now. However we talk several times a day, answer every question I receive and getting business during these hard times and should do more then survive. As of now we might take some business moves but they all will be in the direction of growing our revenues. We have lived through tougher times during the 19 years we have been around.
