Respectfully, I think this is nonsense. I know there are plenty of conspiracy theories out there, but I think most are vastly overestimating the effect that lobbying has. The FDA, at its core, is here to save lives. They may be able to be influenced, but in a time like this I think they are ignoring all of that.
They know that if they stall or kill a viable treatment it will get out. In today's age you simply cannot surpress things forever.
